So, I recently discovered that I have Acid Reflux disease. So I’m supposed to avoid a number of food and beverages, and some of main beverages to avoid are coffee and alcohol.
But I’m not giving up on them completely. I’m cutting my coffee intake in half. Alcohol isn’t as bad, drinking citrus or soft drinks actually affects me much more. So now I’m drinking more alcohol at restaurants.
Hopefully this won’t affect my whiskey coverage or enjoyment. Unfortunatley, I need to find a replacement to my Clever Coffee Dripper before I can test out some more coffees.
